Regional and seasonal vegetables that are too small, to curvy or too old to be sold. Save it and enjoy it! The onions are too small, the leek is not white enough, fennels and celery look a bit rough. The cabbage has been nibbled on by deers, the carrots are beyond all formal standards. We have yesterdays’ bread and the water is taken from the city well. Transition Tirol loves to engage against a culture of dissipation and waste. Visit us, taste the food, be part of a changing mentality! Everyone is also invited to join us washing, snipping and cooking, starting at 10am. Bring your knife and cutting board.
