GRAND PRIZE OF THE CITY OF INNSBRUCK

The cultural offer is diverse and varied in Innsbruck. Part of it is the I.N.F. FILM that found a great supporter with the City of Innsbruck. Therefore, in the categories Best Nature Documentary and Best Environmental Documentary the “Grand Prizes of the City of Innsbruck” are awarded by the Mayor of Innsbruck!

YOUNG TALENTS

TIROLER TAGESZEITUNG AWARD FOR YOUNG TALENTS

The Tiroler Tageszeitung is the print and online media with the strongest coverage in the federal state. To have them on board is very important for the I.N.F. FILM. To spread facts and to draw attention to issues is a concern as well as for the TT as it is for our youngsters with their films. The prize is generously provided by the Tiroler Tageszeitung.

SPECIAL AWARDS

SWAROVSKI OPTIK SPECIAL AWARD FOR “BEST CINEMATOGRAPHY“

Together with our partner Swarovski Optik the I.N.F. FILM will award a prize worth € 2.200,– for the best cinematographic performance among all films submitted to the I.N.F. FILM 2019.

SPECIAL AWARD „BEST FILM ON THE TOPIC OF SOIL 2019“

Four years after the “International Year of Soils 2015” proclaimed by the United Nations, the land as a resource remains an important issue. In close cooperation with the University of Innsbruck and the province of the Tyrol (Department Agricultural Education, hunting and fishing), donated by Fröschl, this special prize worth 2.000 € will again be awarded in 2019.
All films submitted to the I.N.F. FILM will in addition be assessed to the following priorities: function, use, consumption, threats and protection of soil, food security, soil biodiversity, soil ecology.

Festival Director´s SPECIAL AWARD 2019

The winner of this prize will be chosen from all submissions made to the festival. The founder and director of the INNSBRUCK NATURE FESTIVAL in cooperation with a regional TV-station will award this new prize.
