Good Food – made from regional, seasonal vegetables which are not utilizable commercially because: the onions are too small, the leek is not „white enough“, the fennel and celeriac have blemishes, the cabbage was nibbled by deer, the carrots are not „average“, the bread was baked yesterday and the water from the city well. We would like to thank the Tyrolean vegetable farmers and bakeries for their donations.
