Watch the brand new trailer for the 2019 Innsbruck Nature Festival FILM and don´t forget the submission deadline is coming closer. 140 submitted international films are already being reviewed by our pre-jurors and we are counting on. The upcoming deadline for film submissions is July 15th. We are very much looking forward to many more and exciting submissions in the following categories: “Nature Documentary”, “Environmental Documentary”, “Short Documentary Film”, “Short Fiction Film” and “Young Talent”. “Banking Nature” – Winning Film at the Innsbruck Nature Film Festival 2015 has been shown again at “Architekturtage 2019”. This film investigates the commercialization of the natural world. Protecting our planet has become big business with companies promoting new environmental markets. We are looking forward to numerous and exciting submissions in the following categories: “Nature Documentary”, “Environmental Documentary”, “Short Film”, “Short Fiction Film” and “Young Talent”. You will find all the details as well as the application form for this year’s competition under 2019 Film Competition.

The next INNSBRUCK NATURE FESTIVAL takes place from october 4th to 11th 2019. Its key event will once more be the 18th Innsbruck Nature Festival FILM which offers the ideal platform to engage with the topics of nature, environment and ressources in a critical and artful way via high quality film contributions from all over the world. Film is a vital but not the only medium to raise awareness for nature. Cooperations with cultural institutions, hiqh quality panels, workshops, hikes through nature, exploration trips and exhibitions throughout the whole duration of the festival offer the possibilty to dive deeper into nature and to feel, experience and understand much more deeply.
