🎬💚 What an evening – A cinematic journey into the heart of Java & Bali 🌿
Yesterday, together with ORF Universum, we celebrated the world premiere of Universum: Java & Bali – Paradies im Bann der Elemente by Tyrolean filmmaker Patrick Centurioni at Metropol Kino Innsbruck.
The film took us deep into the breathtaking natural worlds of Indonesia – between volcanoes, tropical coastlines and rare wildlife. We met the Javan gibbon and the rare Java leopard, we followed the elusive rhinoceros hornbill, and we got to speculate whether the legendary Javan tiger might still be out there.
The evening was also a special opportunity to come together in the spirit of the innsbruck nature film festival and above all, to say THANK YOU to the many partners, supporters and long-time companions who continue to believe in and support the festival. Without all of you, none of this would be possible.
It is a particular joy for us to accompany filmmakers from Innsbruck and Tyrol on their creative journeys and to see their stories resonate far beyond the region. Patrick Centurioni’s new film is a wonderful example of this.
