When the night disappears, what do we lose? “Darkness Matters” is an immersive 360° experimental and immersive audiovisual documentary, inviting audiences to rediscover the beauty and importance of the dark sky. Moving through different landscapes – from olive groves and forests to alpine meadows and mountain peaks, the film reveals a hidden nocturnal world of fireflies, hedgehogs, owls, wolves and ibexes. A meditative journey beneath the vastness of the Milky Way at Innsbruck Dom St. Jakob.
