The Sound of Nature

The matinee “The Sound of Nature” invites audiences to a special concert experience. Music and literature come together in a carefully curated program that places nature at its very center as a source of artistic inspiration.

Young pianists from the Tyrolean State Conservatory perform works by Frédéric Chopin, Béla Bartók, Claude Debussy, Paul Hindemith, Fazıl Say and Franz Liszt under the direction of the internationally acclaimed Duo d’Accord. The selected pieces range from romantic intimacy to impressionistic soundscapes and expressive forces of nature.

The musical program is complemented by literary texts by authors such as Charles Baudelaire, Ingeborg Bachmann, Mascha Kaléko and Âşık Veysel. Actor Thomas Lackner gives these texts a vivid poetic voice that adds depth and atmosphere.

Music and literature combine into an evocative experience that allows nature to be felt in all its artistic richness. The Sound of Nature offers a platform for young talents and invites the audience to approach nature with sensitivity and artistic awareness.

The event is organized in collaboration with Innsbruck Tourism and the Tyrolean State Conservatory by students of the Master’s program in Sports, Culture and Event Management at the University of Applied Sciences Kufstein Tirol.

Free entry. Voluntary donation for the artists are welcome.
