In this cooking-workshop we will prepare a 3-course meal in a convivial atmosphere and meanwhile sharpen our awareness for a conscious, sustainable and enjoyable diet. What we eat not only shapes us and our health, but also our planet. We make important decisions every day with our food choices. But how do we navigate and decide among the abundance of choices? What is behind all the food? What impact do they have on the environment? How can we bring about change through conscious decisions? And most importantly: how can I cook a tasty meal with all this knowledge?
