Fatih Abay<\/h3>

Fatih Abay ist seit 2022 Diversity Inclusion Officer der Europ\u00e4ischen Filmakademie, wo er f\u00fcr die Entwicklung einer Diversit\u00e4ts- und Inklusionsstrategie innerhalb der Institution zust\u00e4ndig ist, sich aber auch f\u00fcr diese in der europ\u00e4ischen Filmlandschaft einsetzt. Er hat einen B.A. in Europastudien von der Universit\u00e4t Maastricht, Niederlande, und seinen M.A. in Politikwissenschaften an der Central European University Budapest, Ungarn.
