How does a misshaped zucchini taste like? How can we cook vegetables which don´t meet the retailer requirements? At the waste-cooking workshop we prepare chips, smoothies and much more, using the collected vegetables from the morning. By tasting, smelling and comparing we will look for differences to “normal” products and will find out the differences in preparing.
